Fill out the form under the ‘Book Now’ button or send me an email! We will schedule a discovery call to understand your goals, pain points, and priorities. From there, we’ll structure a plan of action and review the client onboarding process. Then it’s time to get to work!

What are your rates?

My rates are broken down to $25 per hour of services. I advise reaching out for a free consultation to review what your needs are in order to get the most accurate estimate. My proposals after our discovery call includes a breakdown of how many hours are being designated toward what service for full transparency.

How do we communicate?

I primarily use email and shared dashboards to allow communication to be sent and accepted outside of operating business hours. However, I can adapt to your preferred communication style to keep everything seamless.

Can I upgrade or change my package later?

Absolutely. Your needs are likely to shift as your business grows, and your support level can shift with you. Please be aware that changes in services may affect the original quote and contract agreement.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Your information is always treated with care and discretion. I follow strict confidentiality practices and only access what is necessary to complete your tasks. Any services that require password exchange will be completed over the phone or zoom call only, to limit the chance of data breach.
